 CR125 CR80 YZ125 slip fit crankshaft bearings (legal in Stock Honda)
I have 10 sets of brand new OEM Honda main bearings (PN: 91002-KY4-901) that have been machined to allow a "slip fit" of a stock CR80, CR125, or YZ125 crankshaft. Slip-fitting of the crank is a very desired mod that is legal in Stock Honda classes as well as all mod moto classes. The engine runs better and it makes assembly/disassembly a piece of cake.
Most shops charge $75-$100 to slip-fit a crank. DIYers usually sand by hand or use a drill. Although these methods work, they are far from precise and can knock a crank out of balance if you're not careful.
I'm selling these brand new bearings for $65 shipped per pair until they are gone. This is a [b]great[/b] deal for all of you DIY mechanics. Work was done for me by one of the top karting machine shops in the country. The bearing is completely sealed during the hone process to guarantee that no contamination can take place. They are accurate to .0001".

Also included is another engine that needs work. Broken head, and a soft stick on lower end. It does not have a carb, radiator ,coil airbox.Basically a long block. It also has a passport. After much deliberation I have come to the conclusion of selling my new toy. I have for sale a 2005 Tony Kart Venox chassis with a 125cc Rotax motor. This kart is setup to run in both TAG and Rotax Max series which are both very competitive racing classes. I purchased this kart used in May of this year from a person down in Oregon and have only used the kart three times for practice. The motor is practically brand new I had to break it in before any full speed runs. The motor is sealed by Gent Racing in Sherwood, OR seal#214583 this seal was installed 03/12/09. The chassis is in very good condition with approximately 50 hours total. I bought this kart with the intention of competing but I now realize that I do not have enough time for both my kart and race car so it must go. This kart comes with many extras and is race ready.
